July 2009 - July 4th on the Kaiseregg

We spent July 4th hiking up the Kaiseregg, followed by an impromptu cookout at the Billingtons...impromptu cause we weren't sure we'd make it back before midnight ;-). The Kaiseregg is a nice hike. The highlight for me is the sheep at the saddle, just below the "summit." They're always entertaining and the view from there is spectacular...although it was a bit cloudy on this particular day. Anyway, a fun outting with our American family that moved over here with us ... 6 adults and 7 children ... everyone except for Tom and Katie. Also, Kacey and Benji climbed all the way on their own two legs!
